1️⃣ When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
2️⃣ How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on your location and local delivery conditions. Tracking is not yet available for all orders.
3️⃣ Why did I receive multiple packages?
To ensure faster delivery, items may be shipped from different warehouses. Your order may arrive in separate packages.
4️⃣ Can I modify or cancel my order?
You may request changes within 12 hours after placing your order. Once your order is processed or shipped, changes are no longer possible.
5️⃣ What if I receive a damaged, wrong, or missing item?
We're sorry about that! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and include photo or video evidence. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund promptly. Email us at info@funcrateshop.com.
6️⃣ Can I return an item if I change my mind?
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for reasons of preference. We only offer refunds or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
7️⃣ What payment methods do you accept? Do I need a PayPal account?
We accept payments through PayPal. You can pay with credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) even without a PayPal account. On the PayPal page, choose “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” to checkout as a guest.
8️⃣ Will I be charged customs or import duties?
In most cases, additional charges are not expected. However, some countries may impose import duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
9️⃣ Do you offer gift wrapping or notes?
Currently, we do not offer gift packaging or personal messages. If you have a specific request, feel free to contact us before ordering and we’ll try to assist.
